You can keep track of your bookings, orders, messages, and event details in your Delegate account under My Dashboard. At the top right corner of the page, click on your initials icon to go to your dashboard.
Inbox is where you can check all of your messages from different vendors you have reached out to. Once a vendor has replied to you, you will also receive a notification via the email address you’ve registered with.
Bookings list all your transactions with vendors that you have enquired with, while Orders lists packages you have purchased via Delegate’s Store.
To view all your shortlisted vendors and favorite photos, go to Favourites. Here, you can also send a mass message to your shortlisted vendors.
Be sure to check your dashboard regularly, especially when waiting on a vendor’s reply!
