How do I enter the Lucky Draws?

1. Enquire with 3 different participating vendors about their services via an online Zoom meeting and/or live chat at the Virtual Wedding Festival between 7th to 10th October 2021.
2. Screenshot your Zoom sessions and/or live chat conversations. 
3. Submit your entry via the lucky draw form at the Info Desk in the virtual lobby on the event days.
4. Follow @justdelegate & @weddingsmalaysia.com_official on Instagram to double your chances of winning! 

Terms & Conditions (Lucky Draws):

1. The online lucky draws are jointly organized by Delegate Pte Ltd & weddingsmalaysia.com Sdn Bhd (Organizers).
2. To be eligible for the lucky draws, participants have to engage with 3 different participating vendors from  7th to 10th October 2021, either via an online Zoom video call or live chat.
3. Participants have to submit their entries via the lucky draw form that can be found at the Info Desk in the virtual lobby during the Virtual Wedding Festival. 
4. Multiple entries can be submitted with 3 different vendor engagements per lucky draw entry. Each entry must contain screenshots of different vendors that you have engaged with, that are not repeated from a previous lucky draw submission.
5. he lucky draws will be conducted during the Virtual Wedding Festival from  7th to 10th October 2021.
6. All eligible entries except for the winners’ will be rolled over to the next draw. 
7. Entries submitted on each day will only be eligible for the draws conducted on the same day.
8. Winners will be announced during the Virtual Wedding Festival and contacted via email. 
9. The Organizers will not be responsible for entries with incorrect contact information submitted.
10. Winners must redeem their prize within the specified collection period and agree to offer their assistance and presence for any follow-ups, including but not limited to video interviews.
11. The Organizers reserve the right to amend and disqualify entries which have been suspected of breaching the terms and conditions.
12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon submission of an entry for the online lucky draw.
13. By participating in the lucky draws, participants agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted may be used by the Organizers and its affiliates for marketing purposes.
14. The Organizers reserve the rights to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
